   2024-231,  Laws  of  Florida,  shall  revert  and is appropriated to the
   agency for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for the same purpose.

   SECTION  58. The  unexpended  balance  of  funds provided in the General
   Revenue  Fund,  Medical  Care  Trust  Fund,  Health Care Trust Fund, and
   Administrative  Trust  Fund to the Agency for Health Care Administration
   for  Live  Healthy  in  Sections  87 and 91 of chapter 2024-015, Laws of
   Florida,  shall revert and is appropriated to the agency for Fiscal Year
   2025-2026 for the same purpose.

   SECTION  59. The Chief Financial Officer shall transfer $34,858,100 from
   the  General  Revenue  Fund to the Medical Care Trust Fund in the Agency
   for  Health  Care  Administration  for  Fiscal  Year 2024-2025 for funds
   disbursed  for  the  Program  of  All-Inclusive  Care for the Elderly in
   Fiscal Year 2022-2023.  This section is effective upon becoming a law.

   SECTION  60. There  is  hereby  appropriated  for Fiscal Year 2024-2025,
   $3,032,729  in  nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General Revenue Fund and
   $551,509  in  nonrecurring funds from the Medical Care Trust Fund to the
   Agency  for  Health Care Administration to support costs for children of
   families  impacted  by  Hurricane  Milton  and  Hurricane  Helene in the
   Florida KidCare Program. This section is effective upon becoming a law.

   SECTION  61. The Chief Financial Officer shall transfer $16,400,000 from
   the  General  Revenue  Fund  to the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund in the
   Agency  for  Health  Care  Administration  for  Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to
   offset  the projected deficit. This section is effective upon becoming a
   law.

   SECTION  62. The Chief Financial Officer shall transfer $10,915,632 from
   the  General  Revenue  Fund to the Medical Care Trust Fund in the Agency
   for  Health  Care  Administration  for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, which will
   support  the  state  match  for  Medicaid reimbursable services provided
   through  the Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team services,
   which is administered by the Department of Children and Families.

   SECTION  63. From  the  funds appropriated to the Agency for Health Care
   Administration  in  Specific  Appropriation  202  through 229 of chapter
   2024-231,  Laws  of  Florida, the sum of $338,671,142 in General Revenue
   funds,  including  any  funds  held  in unbudgeted reserve, shall revert
   immediately  to the General Revenue Fund. This section shall take effect
   upon becoming law.

   SECTION  64. From  the  funds appropriated to the Agency for Health Care
   Administration  in  Specific  Appropriations  181 through 186 of chapter
   2024-231,  Laws  of  Florida, the sum of $13,974,892 in General Revenue,
   including any funds held in unbudgeted reserve, shall revert immediately
   to  the  General  Revenue  Fund.  This  section  shall  take effect upon
   becoming law.

   SECTION  65. The  unexpended balance of funds provided to the Agency for
   Persons  with  Disabilities in Specific Appropriation 247 and section 86
   of  chapter  2024-231, Laws of Florida, for the Home and Community Based
   Services  Waiver  shall  revert  and  is  appropriated to the agency for
   Fiscal  Year 2025-2026 in the Lump Sum-Home and Community Based Services
   (HCBS)  Waiver  appropriation  category.  The Operations and Maintenance
   Trust  Fund  budget  authority  shall  revert and is appropriated to the
   agency   for   Fiscal  Year  2025-2026  in  the  Lump  Sum  HCBS  Waiver
   appropriation  category  in  an amount necessary to serve as the federal
   match   to  the  unexpended  balance  of  General  Revenue  in  Specific
   Appropriation 247.

   SECTION  66. The  unexpended balance in the General Revenue Fund and the
   Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund provided to the Agency for Persons
   with  Disabilities  for  the  Incident  Management  System  in  Specific
   Appropriation  255,  chapter 2024-231, Laws of Florida, shall revert and
   is  appropriated  to  the  agency for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for the same
   purpose.

   SECTION  67. The  unexpended balance in the General Revenue Fund and the
   Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund provided to the Agency for Persons
   with  Disabilities  in  section 88 of chapter 2024-231, Laws of Florida,
   for the Information Technology Application Development, shall revert and
   is  appropriated  to  the  agency for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for the same
   purpose.

   SECTION  68. The  unexpended balance in the General Revenue Fund and the
   Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund provided to the Agency for Persons
   with  Disabilities  in  Specific  Appropriation 246 and in section 89 of
